Our Services and Performance

We provide a wide range of services related to operational stress. Click on the links below for a general summary of services, and for data on wait times and the clinic’s overall system performance.

Services Provided

We provide a wide range of operational stress treatment services aimed at meeting the needs of soldiers, veterans, RCMP members, and their families. These services include:

Assessment of operational stress injuries. Treatment of OSIs through individual counseling, drug therapy, couples and group therapy, and health education. Education to veterans, military members, and their families, as well as to other professionals and the general public.

To receive services, you must be referred by either VAC, the CF, or the RCMP. We do not take referrals directly from family doctors. For details, see the page on OSIs and referrals. Because of the rules under which all OSI Clinics are established, patients cannot refer themselves directly for services. To seek a referral, see the information at the bottom of the page on OSIs . However, we do accept information inquiries, especially from family members.

If you are the spouse or other family member of someone who may have been affected by operational stress, we strongly encourage you to contact us.

An OSI can be a serious health problem in the same sense as a severed limb or a shrapnel wound. If you are concerned that you may have been affected by operational stress at any time in your life, you should contact one of the following services in order to be referred to the clinic:
