Personal Care for Veterans

Inpatient Personal Care units are reserved for Veterans who require individualized care to meet their physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs. Caring staff support residents with many chronic and/ or progressive medical conditions like Congestive Heart Failure, COPD, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, Huntington’s, Parkinson’s, CVA, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, dementia, depression and Diabetes Mellitus.

Personal Care units accept student placements for Registered Nurses, Registered Psychiatric Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Health Care Aides and Health Unit Clerks.
